Job Description

Are you a student looking for a 6 months internship starting in February-March 2022. Are you looking for a unique experience in our global Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) team in an international organisation? If you are, then keep on reading!

In your role as LCCA Intern you will work within the global LCCA team supporting the different functions within the team.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your organisational and creative skills and legal knowledge of several marketing related topics in an international environment.

The role is based at the International JDE Peet’s HQ in Amsterdam (and occasionally our offices in Utrecht). JDE Peet’s follows the governmental Covid guidance and instructions (and facilitates working from home in all aspects). In the role you will report directly to the Legal Manager Ecommerce and Digital, and you will contribute to the:

  • Design of the architecture, the lay-out, the implementation and the governance of an information sharing platform of the LCCA function (such as Sharepoint and Workplace)
  • Implementation of improvement processes for ways of working (engagement of suppliers and internal governance and compliance processes)
  • Contribution to deployment of trainings and playbooks (webinar organization, design and customization of slide decks and playbooks, audience targeting)

To be successful in this role, you need to

  • be in the final phase of your Bachelor/Master’s education
  • professional proficiency in English (Dutch not required)
  • have your education in one or multiple of the following areas: Business Administration/Finance, IT, Communication, Project Management and/or Legal
  • have an affinity with IT communication tools such as Sharepoint and Workplace
  • be committed, outgoing, have strong interpersonal skills, work disciplined, creative and enjoy working in teams
  • hands-on and output driven

Additional Information

The monthly internship allowance is € 500,- for a WO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek. The internship starts per February-March and you are available for a period of 6 months.
