Job Description

-  Leads the Customer Service & Transportation team i.e. meets the cluster’s short and long-term business objectives through the operational systems based on SAP, functional processes fixed in policies and procedures

- Works in the direction of continuous improvement of work processes of the LO&CS Team, agrees changes with the Customer, involved functions / divisions of the company, formalizes them in the form of changes to policies and procedures

- Carries out constant monitoring of distribution (transport) expenses in order to comply with the annual budget and the implementation of the productivity projects

- Monitors changes in the legislation, seasonal fluctuations in demand, changes in fuel prices, road conditions, weather conditions, etc., develops new transportation routes, updates the tender documentation in terms of formulating the terms of reference for freight forwarders

- Ensures the preparation of periodic reports on defined list of KPIs and expenses. Performs compensation controls in cooperation with Internal Control Team, and downloads reports to the corporate system. Responsible for cooperation with internal and external auditors, ensuring fast and accurate paperwork

- Responsible for accurate (specified in project chart and schedule) participation of CS&Transport Team to the company's current projects aimed at improving the distribution model, optimizing interaction with all categories of customers

- Support the Promo activities as per agreed schedule and process of the new product launch, providing necessary input to the commercial team

- Lead, direct, evaluate a team. Responsible for talent development of direct team members.

Qualifications

·       Enthusiastic about coffee.

·       3+ years Supply Chain management experience in FMCG or Retail.

·       Strong leadership skills, drive for results.

·       Valuable team player and effective team-lead with track of records.

·       Mindset with strong business acumen.

·       Knowledge of SAP, MC Office

·       Excellent analytical and communicative skills;

·       Fluent English.
